We offer worldwide shipping on all of our products and each order is packaged with great care to ensure that it arrives safely.

Domestic orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post.

U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post, and delivered by USPS.

International orders are shipped via Canada Post, though upon exiting Canada, packages are handled and delivered through local shipping services depending on the country of arrival.


Once an order has been placed, it is processed between 2-4 business days.

Next, a confirmation email is sent when the order has been shipped. This email provides details regarding the shipping service and tracking information.

After an order has been shipped, it may take between 3-14 business days for it to arrive, within Canada and the United States.

International orders may take between 7-21 business days, depending on geographical location, weather conditions or natural occurrences.
